 Description

This issue was created by maloo for Andreas Dilger <adilger@whamcloud.com>

This issue relates to the following test suite run: https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/96c360e4-cbca-46b4-8a8e-0371f9a8f4b4

test_103e failed with the following error:

failed to create f103e.sanity with 7000 default ACLs

Looks like a simple test interop issue and should be skipped for older MDS versions.
