Fix for unquoted string comparison:

error: bare words are no longer supported, please use "...":
redhat=="redhat" || redhat=="fedora"

Fix for comments after %else and %endif:

warning: extra tokens at the end of %else directive in
line 140: %else #for Suse
warning: extra tokens at the end of %endif directive in
line 287: %endif # with lustre_utils
