 Description

During the patch review for fix http://review.whamcloud.com/#change,3192 (Jira ticket LU-445), it was found that the timestamp delta done in the routine let_timeval_diff() (file: lst.c) has a bug. This delta is used to determine the bandwidth reported with the "let stat" command.

This ticket has been opened to track back-porting the fix to this routine to previous affected releases.
