Description

We require additional space on our MGS file-system.

Lun size is currently 512GB but the file-system space only reflects 300GB available for use.
Is there anyway to increase the current 300GB to use all of the 512GB space on the lun and what would the procedure be?

Or do we need to inflate the lun size to 1TB and will the additional space just be available for use or what would the process be.

Could not find information in the lustre operations manual.

You can use "resize2fs" on the unmouted MGT to increase the filesystem size to match the device size.

Is it possible for us to run Lustre on rhel 8 ?

If yes which version are supported.
