the patch https://review.whamcloud.com/c/fs/lustre-release/+/50240 demonstrates that number of tests don't really hit fail_loc they set, meaning they are useless:

The sanity.sh test_119d subtest is removed via patch https://review.whamcloud.com/50731 "LU-13706 tests: remove test 119d".
