With landing of:
616fa9b581 ("~~LU-15404~~ ldiskfs: use per-filesystem workqueues to avoid deadlocks")

rhel9.1 ldiskfs series does not apply cleanly.

Update the base/ext4-delayed-iput.patch for rhel9.1 to avoid the trivial conflict.
