 Description   

The build on Ubuntu 2204 kernel v5.17 failed with "redefine __compiletime_strlen",
This is a build problem introduced by the patch: https://review.whamcloud.com/#/c/fs/lustre-release/+/49811/

It needs to fix for newer kernel build.
