 Description

Output of lfs df -v outputs the a stale 'f' at the end of each line of device. Is this correct ? What is expected from verbose output?

I don't remember when this was added, but that tripped me up awhile ago too. See the lfs-df(1) manpage, but that means it's a non-rotational and/or [f]lash device.

Steve is correct. There are other possible status flags that might be printed with "-v" as well. What were you expecting from "lfs df -v"?

I was on leave yesterday, so I could not respond earlier.

Thanks for pointing this out. I was not aware that target status would be printed this way.  I get it now.

Yes, I could see this under lfs-df (man page).  Sorry for the noise.
