 Description   

v2_15_56-46-g9e5040a304 updated rhel7.6/ext4-misc.patch
however the intended addition of:

+EXPORT_SYMBOL(ext4_chunk_trans_blocks);

in that patch appears to have been lost.
Add it so the patch applies cleanly and el7.6 build succeeds.

Kind of strange to still be worrying about this old RHEL version but, regardless, it is now merged for 2.16
