 Description   

I have seen this one playing in multiple ways.
Most frequent one is during sanity test 64b filling all space on one OST,
then test 65j failing over and sometimes that leads to never freeing any space on OST1.
All subsequent tests that try to create anything on ost1 fail. First of them being test 65k

I am attaching images OSTs and MDT after the ultimate test failure later on showing ost1 is having 0 space left.

Also a debug log from test 65k that does not span back ll that much, but at least enough to catch the last mount.

This might have to do with test 65k bringing ost down, as per Alex theory.
Running with EXCEPT=65k for over 24 hours and not hittign this still.
