 Description   

I hit this issue severl times while running sanityn:

== sanityn test 39c: check truncate mtime update ===================================================== 19:29:21 (1303180161)
sanityn test_39c: @@@@@@ FAIL: create: different mtime on clients: 1303180161, 1303180230

I suspect it's duplicated with LU-221.
