sanity-quota needs user TSTUSR and TSTUSR2, by default, they are set to quota_usr(uid/gid 60000) and quota_2usr(uid/gid 60001). Current Toro has different name for these two uids, they are quota_0usr and quota_1usr. This can be fixed be modified by adding specification to conf file.

Could you please take a look at TT-89? It seems mjmac has fixed this although I've not verified that yet.
