 Description

Since a few days - possibly due to an update of the Linux kernel to version 2.6.32-279.11.1.el6 - we get reports from users that an "ls -l" command
reports the wrong (sometimes zero) file size. The behaviour is more or less
the same that was described in LU-338. We have meanwhile upgraded to
kernel version 2.6.32-279.14.1.el6.x86_64. The problem still persists.

It is likely the same as LU-274 since your OSSs still seem to be running 1.8.5. You should consider upgrading the lustre servers to a more recent 1.8 release.
