 Description   

LU-2274 port is needed for b2_1, but there are no POSIX testing scripts on b2_1 at all. To meet this requirement, I decide to add all the related files, including tests/posix.sh and tests/posix/* to b2_1.

Yujian, please correct me if we only need part of them.
