Andreas indicated this should be tested by setup with 10's of different PCP networks - 1 per client. Each client on a separate Lustre network.

Jodi was hallucinating that I wanted PCP networks. I'd prefer pink, green, purple, and ultraviolet TCP networks.

Oleg thought it would also help to create some hundreds/thousands of other bogus networks to increase the size of the routing table.

Test plan has been attached to main ticket. Note: the Unit Tests have all been run already.
