this issue should be caused by the side effect of previous test, and the patch is tracked at http://review.whamcloud.com/#change,5183
btw, this fail can be reproduced locally if test_51a passed.

This is from a normal Master review build. The patch itself changes SLOW= behavior including test 51b.
