 Description   

The old client should only be able to accessing MDT0, i.e. old client can not access the remote directory on MDT0.

"It also needs to test 1.8 and 2.1 client to connect to a multi-MDT filesystem. if it doesn't work, then we should block the client from connecting to the MDT if there are multiple MDTs and it does not pass OBD_CONNECT_DNE1 flag,"
