The sub-test test_35 failed with the following error:

Used space for user 60000 changed from 2052 to 2053

Client is running lustre 2.3.0 with lustre 2.4 sanity-quota.sh and test-framework.sh

The issue is as follows:

Prior to Restart:

Disk quotas for user 60000 (uid 60000):
     Filesystem  kbytes   quota   limit   grace   files   quota   limit   grace
   /mnt/nlczfs1    2051       0       0       -       1       0       0       -
nlczfs1-MDT0000_UUID
                      0       -       0       -       1       -       0       -
nlczfs1-OST0000_UUID
                      0       -       0       -       -       -       -       -
nlczfs1-OST0001_UUID
                   2051       -       0       -       -       -       -       -

After Restart:

Disk quotas for user 60000 (uid 60000):
     Filesystem  kbytes   quota   limit   grace   files   quota   limit   grace
   /mnt/nlczfs1    2052       0       0       -       1       0       0       -
nlczfs1-MDT0000_UUID
                      2       -       0       -       1       -       0       -
nlczfs1-OST0000_UUID
                      0       -       0       -       -       -       -       -
nlczfs1-OST0001_UUID

The quota usage on the MDT is the issue causing the failure.

Landed on master for 2.4 (prior to 2.3.65)
