The sub-test test_8a failed with the following error:

test failed to respond and timed out

This may be the same slow sync issue as LU-2887

Looking at maloo results for this subtest (ZFS Results) the test takes 2600+ seconds. So most failure seem to be just long running tests, instead of explicit failures.

I propose makeing this test and sanity-quota test 12a run SLOW only for zfs until sync has been sped up.
