 Description   

We defined LC_FILE_LLSEEK_SIZE_5ARG in commit bb188afa0ccf4cb5c810a7a7276d8d27dd03dc27 but forgot to add it to LC_PROG_LINUX. So it doesn't work.

there is LU-2908 too for this issue. Let's close this and and LU-2908 and have only Yang Sheng's patch in LU-2148
