I get this error when I build the debian packages (make debs) on Ubuntu 12.04 and try to load the modules. If I build manually, I am able to load obdclass, so perhaps this is one of the configure options in rules. root@master:~/lustre/debian# modprobe obdclass FATAL: Error inserting obdclass (/lib/modules/3.2.0-35-virtual/updates/kernel/fs/lustre/obdclass.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg) dmesg: [17235165.435391] obdclass: Unknown symbol llog_get_cat_list (err 0) |

I added "--disable-server" and that fixed the problem. |
