 Description   

Currently fo_read_cache, fo_writethrough_cache, fo_readcache_max_filesize is not supported by lctl conf_param, we better have that, so the user can set these parameters during config.

actually we can do that right now by
../utils/lctl conf_param lustre-OST0001.ost.read_cache_enable=xx
