Niu, can you tell us whether this is a real defect in the quota code or just a bit if extra margin in the ZFS quota limit causing the test to fail?

This isn't an issue of ZFS extra margin of. The hardlimit wasn't integrated to slaves for some reason;

Unfortunately, I can't see why the limits wasn't integrated correclty. (the mds log was truncated).
