Description

during test, some bugs has been found in test scripts, and the fix to these issues has been landed on b1_8 and it is needed to landed on master

This is awful description.
It would have been best if you referenced specific issues from Jira and Bugzilla.
Also one ticket per problem is better (only if not possible to develop the fix in that other ticket for some reason)

the problems are as follows,
1, rundbench is a bash script, and "/bin/sh" is not identical to "/bin/bash" on all distros.
2, if "MPI_USER" isn't set, don't use "su $MPI_USER" in function "mpi_run" in functions.sh
3, in some kinds of Linux(say, Ubuntu), truncate is a system command, then the directory containing our truncate tools (the test directory)
should be appended to use our truncate explicitly
4, in obdfilter-survey, drops sh as the interpreter of OBDSURVEY, for the same reason of #1
5, add VERBOSE option in test-framework.sh
