running metabench on the latest rehl6 build which contains LU-163 fix, got this error.

The failure is different now:
Proc 0: Can't chmod to d0.metabench in /mnt/lustre/d0.metabench: Unknown error 521

So it's a different issue.

What run is this latest attachment from? There is no link in the archive or anywhere I can find.

Did you mount lustre on nfs server with -o 32bitapi? That's important bit that could lead to similar "directory not empty" problems.

Sorry I didn't upload the result to Maloo, I ran it on build #201 rhel6/x86_64.
No, I didn't use 32bitapi option, here is the command I use to mount lustre on nfs server

mount -t lustre -o flock 192.168.4.8@o2ib:/lustre /mnt/lustre

I will rerun and upload the result when the current tests finish
