gather_logs in test-framework zips the logs for no apparent purpose just adding to the file storage. In fact it creates multiple bz2 files which contain one another. Another topic I will record here but not address is that it timestamps the logs for some reason even though each test can surely only fail once! A final topic is that with the bz2 files Maloo seems to be overcome by the size of the tarball it is presented with. I'll raise a Jira again Maloo for that. |
