The lustre rpm contains some terribly named files that is installs in standard path locations. The biggest offender, and an absolutely unacceptable name for /usr/bin, is: /usr/bin/config.sh This is a long standing lustre problem. |

Hi Chris, I want to make sure I understand before proceed. Should we rename these files to a more appropriate name or move to other directory/path. - thanks |

I think we'll need to make that call on a case by case basis. config.sh doesn't sound like something that should be in a user's standard PATH. Sounds like a config file that should be located somewhere else. Some of the others might just need a rename. Or perhaps should not be part of the main lustre package. |
