Any system with inifiniband hardware running RHEL5 with Lustre 1.8.9 software.

 Description   

This bug is similar to LU-2631 in that the vlan_dev_vlan_id change in the RHEL5 2.6.18-348.el5 causes some OFED configuration test to fail when they should succeed. The solution is also similar in that that we update the OFED
configuration test to use fc_compat.h when needed. Oops happen when o2ib LND driver is misconfigured.

Hi James,

Are you seeing what we saw in LU-3617? That was 1.8.9 w/ RHEL 5 in-kernel RDMA.

Yes the exact problem. I have a patch for it that fixes it. You can close this as a duplicate.
