The sub-test test_15 failed with the following error:

Looks like this test should be skipped when running against an older Lustre (< 2.4.2) and the --dryrun patch http://review.whamcloud.com/7720 and upgrade patch http://review.whamcloud.com/7719 need to be backported to b2_4.

there's also LU-4182 that has exactly the same error, but no interop

LU-4182 is not the same issue, which was failed to start OI scrub because some instance already in running.
