[LU-429] Debug message cleanup in filter_connect()

Description

The message in filter_connect() incorrectly says "Received MDS connection". This function appears to be used by both the mdt and ost code now, so it shouldn't say "MDS".

We really don't want to see this message on the console either, so I moved it to D_INFO.
