 Description   

sanity-scrub test 1c hung as follows:

CMD: wtm-69 mkdir -p /mnt/ost1; mount -t lustre   		                   /dev/sdb5 /mnt/ost1

Console log on OSS wtm-69 showed that:

Lustre: DEBUG MARKER: mkdir -p /mnt/ost1; mount -t lustre   		                   /dev/sdb5 /mnt/ost1
LDISKFS-fs (sdb5): mounted filesystem with ordered data mode. quota=on. Opts:
