Grace time isn't accurated after e6aae309005b5765ead991af8b8007a8657ba276 ( LU-4139 quota: improve write performance when over softlimit) landed, because each acquire/pre-acquire could be expanded to 4M. test_30 should write more bytes to consume all these spare quota.
