 Description

When a client gets an LMV for a striped directory with an unknown hash function, the client can fall back to round-robin lookup in all of the stripes instead of just failing outright. The clients already need to do this in case of LMV_HASH_MIGRATE, so it could also be done for unknown hash functions.
