[LU-5027] Needs rhel 6.5 support in b2_4

Description

A few weeks ago one of the LU's I am following was closed with a patch.
(I do not remember which one. )
The patch was landed to b2_5 only. When I tried to back port it to b2_4,
it failed because the patch had a dependency of changes in rhel 6.5.

I noticed rhel 6.5 has been supported in lustre 2.5.1. Please also
support rhel 6.5 in b2_4.

Mahmoud filed LU-4623 "creating file stripe > 167 fails". The ticket was closed
as a duplicate to LU-4260 "ASSERTION( lc->ldo_stripenr == 0 ) failed".

Then LU-4791 "lod_ah_init() ASSERTION( lc->ldo_stripenr == 0 ) failed" was
fixed with a different patch. Di Wang commented at 18/Apr/14 7:16 PM that
I needed both patches from LU-4260 and LU-4791.

So I cherry-picked LU-4791 patch to our nas-2.4.3. The compilation failed
in our rhel 6.4 environment because some changes in LU-4791 had a dependency
on rhel 6.5 (changes in ext4 area.)

My understanding from yesterday's call is that NASA plans to move forward with the back port of LU-4791 for now
