 Description   

The new quota infrastructure was designed to support the removal of the index files on slaves. We actually needed to do that for LU-5247. While it seems to work fine with master, we are not able to remount the OST with lustre 2.4.
We really need to add a new sanity-quota tests exercising this. Actually, having a mount option to destroy quota slave indexes would be very useful as well.

Is this an interop issue with 2.6 or 2.4 only issue or both?

It is not an interop issue. Just a new mount option + a s-q test case to add to master.

Talked to Niu and it is actually not really needed since we resync the index automatically at connect time.
