if needed by tests shouldn't it be lustre-client-tests rpm with the dependency, not lustre-client? |

Right, the dependencies should be on the -tests package. Please also add a dependency on "lsof" which I noticed recently was used by llmountcleanup.sh but not included in the package dependencies. |

I wonder if this is a rathole we want to go down at all. I think our -tests package implicitly requires a whole host of things not mentioned as dependencies. pdsh and a bunch of other stuff from our tools build come to mind immediately. |

The tests only use pdsh based on the configuration, so that should not be dependency. |
