Description

As part of the Code Documentation project for OpenSFS, we have agreed to do three more files.

• Add a high level description of the subsystem to the .c file that implements the module_init() function.
• Answer the question "What does this module do?"
• Explain where it sits in the layered object/device model,
• what services it provides to adjacent layers,
• what type of processing it does on incoming and outgoing requests,
  etc.
