Description

• Previously, a use-after-free bug in the Common Block IO controller cgroup
  interface code could result in a kernel panic on systems using the blkio
  subsystem. An upstream patch that fixes this bug has been backported to the
  kernel, and the kernel no longer crashes when working with blkio cgroups.

note that this update was announced by Red Hat as a bug fix update rather than a security update. That and the fact there's only a very small kernel version jump this time; 3.10.0-123.9.2.el7 -> -123.9.3.el7; suggests it may not be that urgent. Will proceed with it anyway.
