When shutting down an NI we should take down the messages for this NI queued on the lazy portal. Currently NI will remain on the zombie list until all such messages are addressed since they hold on a ref, but it would be cleaner to remove those messages, to avoid NI being stuck on the zombie list for a long time, which also has a ripple effect of holding onto the api_mutex for extended periods of time. |
