Update the copyright messages for files that were changed in 2014. This is easiest if done in 2014 so that the commit date of the patch does not affect future runs of the updatecw.sh tool, though that could also be worked around in the future. |

It wouldn't be a terrible idea to copy the updatecw.sh script to b2_5 and run it there before the end of the year. |
