Gerrit 2.8.5 (current version on review.whamcloud.com) supports a search clause, "file:" that enables one to find patches that affect a specified file. This would be useful, among other things, for finding others working in a given area, and for finding a changeset when you know the area but don't recall who was working on it or exactly when. https://gerrit-documentation.storage.googleapis.com/Documentation/2.8.5/user-search.html When I used it on review.whamcloud.com, it responded that a secondary index needed to be enabled. Can you look into enabling this feature? thanks, |

Joshua Could you please research how feasible this is? Thanks Peter |

I think we enabled the secondary index in our recent Gerrit upgrade. Could you please try your query again? If it doesn't work, could you please add that query to this ticket so I can verify it works once I've made the additional changes? Thanks! |
