 Description   

I have upgraded my Lustre file system from 1.8.7 on Enterprise Linux 5 to 2.5.3 on EL6. After a few days, the MDS started crashing and now crashes every time I mount the MDT after the recovery is finished. this looks similar to the crash reported in LU-5040, that's why I have applied the patch from that issue to my server. I have also added the patch from LU-5777, but the crash is the same.

I have tried it with -o abort_recov in the following order:
1. MGS
2. MDT
3. 1st OST

As soon as the first OST is mounted, the MDS crashes.
