This issue relates to the following test suite run: https://testing.hpdd.intel.com/test_sets/445816cc-08f0-11e5-a38a-5254006e85c2.

The sub-test test_40b failed with the following error:

create is blocked

error is in the same subtest as LU-3529, but a different error. Raising it as a new ticket.
I will let an expert decide if it's a dup.

I think this test is a bit racy.
