Hmm, there might be some misunderstanding here, I mean without this patch, DNE on ZFS will do synchronization, i.e. reverting this patch, it might see timeout on timeout because of slowness on ZFS.

I am not surprise if this patch cause LU-7405. but I am not sure what is the real reason on timeout on OSS (LU-7404).
