A separate patch is needed for RHEL7 and SLES11/12 kernels that already have MMP applied.

This patch should also be sent to the linux-ext4 mailing list, since the bug still appears in the upstream kernel.

I am looking source rpm for SLES12
As communicated with James currently several people are in the same boat in which we don't have access to the SLES12 repo.
As it stands if the patches submitted are to be supported Intel will need to update the community patches to include SLES12 support.
