Having some more information about what triggered this problem, and what kind of configuration you are using is needed before we could even start looking at this.

Note that the patch http://review.whamcloud.com/15294 "LU-2435 osd-zfs: use zfs native dnode accounting" that will replace this quota code completely.

During active use "mixed I/O workload", delete or upload the files, an error occurs, after which the system restarts unexpectedly.
Quotas are set through commands
lctl conf_param FS.quota.mdt=ug
lctl conf_param FS.quota.ost=ug
Though the command 'lctl conf_param' is deprecated, but works as opposed to the 'lctl set_param -P'.
The command 'lctl set_param -P FS.quota.mdt=ug' does not work, then there is no set quota
You may need to add about this issue in another query
I believe the solution to this problem at the moment, if you do not use the quota for a user simply turn off? Having read the threads you specify on the links
What data do you need to provide more?
