Description

After unsuccessful lustre filesystem creation and mounting I have
a stale device record in "AT" state in MGS:
[root@mds1 ~]# lctl dl
..
40 AT osp srg-OST0000-osc-MDT0000 srg-MDT0000-mdtlov_UUID 1
..

Now I can not create the "srg" lustre filesystem since the device is "in use".
It it possible to clean it online without MGS recreation?
