Update the Intel copyright notices in header files to 2015 in advance of the 2.8.0 release, since there will not be another major release until 2016. |

I noticed the copyright is 2011, 2015. Wouldn't it be better to have 2011 - 2015. |

Just going by what I've been told in the past. My understanding is that the most recent date is what is most important, since that affects when this version of the code would fall out of copyright protection. I think the earlier date is mostly for reference. |
