 Description   

LNet router configured and works fine with two interfaces:
12345-192.168.3.8@o2ib
12345-192.168.5.8@o2ib1
But only one interface can be pinged.

# lctl ping 192.168.5.8@o2ib1
12345-0@lo
12345-192.168.3.8@o2ib
12345-192.168.5.8@o2ib1
# lctl ping 192.168.3.8@o2ib
failed to ping 192.168.3.8@o2ib: Input/output error

This problem has been around forever. If I remember right if you ping the server from the furthest router interface you will be able to ping everything correctly.

yes, I'm able to ping the server from different network.
