I think this issue was caused by osd_ldiskfs_mount rpm doesn't install successful. Looks like TEI-4075 dedicate for this situation and Charlie has some idea to fix it. But i am not found the log he pasted in ticket. So Charlie could you please point us what is exactly cause for this issue? |
